Is it love to hear it, or is it never having to say “I love you?” What else? Herein is love, not that we love but that You loved us first and gave Your life as a ransom. Love is not love until You give it away. No greater love is this that a man lay down his life for his friends. It’s easy to love one another because you first loved us.
Faith and hope follow after love. What’s the alternative option? How can anyone tell that we love one another? “BE”live it! Life is so soon past, what else can we do that lasts? Demonstrated love even while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us, the just for the unjust. “Christ-ones” debt of love is fully paid.
Show us the way not into difficult places of lust and hate but deliver us from the evil one. The power in Your Kingdom of cross living is in the glory of a bodily resurrection. He said, “Because I live you too shall live.” Love never dies, it always lives!
Not, what have you done for me lately, but in what we do for one another. “Priceless!”
