Heartbreaks

Heartaches, take them all to Jesus.

“OUR” Father aches for pretenders denial that we never knew Him. Scoff, “Where is the sign of His coming? Some things never change!” “If we seek Him with all ‘OUR’ heart, we shall surely find Him.”

Lord of Heaven speak up or forever hold Your peace. Is that what we really want? Is that what You desire?

Sacred, Holy, Special people knowing You and only You. That time and place when we were free to call on You personally, named above all names, to sit in Your lap, Abba, Daddy!

It was You all along that made us to know You. We did not dream You up. You were there all the time exposing Your Self to us in the crevasses between a rock and a hard place, going off a cliff. The chasm You bridged between us and it was nothing that we could do to fill that expanse. It is all Your doing!

Your desire to hold us safe away from the pit-falls and wrap Your arms around us to keep us under the shadow of of Your wings, like the mother hen and her chicks, free to play, to peck and abide  in the yard where You placed us to “BE”.

You fed us with just a peep and a peak of heaven. Free to flap “OUR” wings in Your presence, made to soar, like with wings of Angels.

What happened? Who clipped “OUR” wings? Did the pecking order take over and we had to peck back at the one tapping us on the head?

So sorry we flit about with broken wings, thinking we can fly on “OUR” own, but “BE” here and dwell under the shadow of the Almighty. Who can harm us now?

Now more pushing and shoving to get unto line of the flock because the fox is at the door. Who do we fear most, he who wants to devour us, or the forest fire about to burn us down with the barn?

To “BE” delivered from under charred wings of protection, we are safe forever more. You take all “OUR” in-equity upon Yourself to free us again in Your presence. We trust You, “OUR”  Father, to present us faultless. forever i n Your throne room!
