And, you call yourself a Christian? No we haven’t, but you can if you want to. “They were first called Christians at Antioch.” Notice, it is not what they called themselves but what they were called. How can anyone tell if you are a “Christian”? How to recognize one? Who really cares? So What – Now What? Can we say one thing and do another? Who is it pointing a finger with three point right back at them? Who’s to judge? How do you know what you are talking about? Been there and done that? Question, are you one?
If you are the pastor in Iran and face death by not converting back to Islam what would you “BE”live? What could you say? We ain’t no Saint but we know “OUR”self better than we are known. Would you have to lay your head on the chopping block or deny that you never knew Him?
To say that, “I love Jesus” and hate “OUR” brother, how is that “BE”ing a “Chrsit-One”? To get drunk and run with your neighbor how does that fit in with an image of your church, who we’re supposed to “BE”? How can an unholy person “BE” holy? In whose eyes of “BE”ing holier than you? Can we do no wrong? The only perfect person was my mother-in-law!
To “BE” or not to “BE” “Holy as I AM Holy”, that’s the question? How can “it” “BE”? When, “All ‘OUR” righteousness’s are as filthy rags”? If we feel the right-in-us is dirty as dirt what does that have to say about the right-in-us? And if you call yourself a “Christian” is that like “BE”ing named among the “BE”loved of “OUR” Father in Heaven with the name above every other name given among men whereby we can “BE” safe in “OUR” Father’s eyes. Does it make any difference what you call me or what I call myself?
“If we confess ‘OUR’ sin, He is faithful and just to forgive us ‘OUR’ sin and cleanse us from all un-right-in-us.” Do we see one another through the eyes of Jesus? “All we like sheep have gone astray, but the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.” Whose your scape goat? You got no excuse! Excuse me. But in the temptation, to find a way of escape from the evil one who entraps us with no sacrifice for “OUR” sin leves us with the question, and, “You call yourself a Christian?” That’s “it”, that settles “it” for me.
The One who has the power to save, to forgive and cleanse, “BE” glory forever!
Do you know of anyone who came out of this world alive? Trust Him! He said, “I AM the resurrection and the life, no one comes unto “OUR” Father except by Me.”
Can You “BE”live “it”? That’s “OUR” prayer!
