Does Jesus Care

Sad heartaches ‘til it nearly breaks when we’ve said goodbye to those near and dear to us, who cares?

“OUR” Father never gives up on us to leave us alone and lonely. The long days dreary or the long nights weary, You never forsake us, You’re always there.

You are always on “OUR” mind when children are lost in some filthy field of sin, who can’t see the forest because of all the trees when Skyscrapers press in on us in deep distress, the stench that grates against the nostrils with stink steaming from the pavement until we are lost in the shadows of passing traffic left behind in a culture of corruption.

Love lifted us from “OUR” sadness, grief and despair, from “OUR” disease and sickness to find relief when we are safe at home again in the arms of “OUR” Father. Returning to a Domain where we are known from doing things to please You that are heavenly.

“If I take the wings of the morning and go to the farthest sea, even there Your hand will guide me and in Your right hand securely I’ll ‘BE’”

The aroma of fresh bread baking, warm from the oven on a table set with a spread of delights from fall harvest.

“OUR” children in costumes pretending they are some strange character to “help the poor” trick or treat in a time of thank you for a birth of joy that passes understanding. It thrills us so to “BE” forgiven and the past forgotten coming into You presence by what is done when Your One and only Son provides the way of escape back to the place where we “BE”long, at home again in the Haven of rest. “OUR” anchor holds in the storms of life! Oh Yes He cares!

Delivered from the evil one, coming out of this present chaos into a Kingdom free to “BE” cared for by a loving Father’s powerful right hand holding onto His sons and daughters that give Him great glory, honor and praise to go on endlessly!
