Publish Prayers

Luke, the physician, records a disciple who asked Jesus to “teach us to pray”, and receives an agenda like this; “Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. And, lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil.

John, the beloved, writes of Jesus’ prayer in an hour when alone and the disciples scatter. He speaks peace in a world of tribulation; “But be of good cheer; He has overcome the world.” These words listed in His High Priestly prayer when His hour had come; “glorify Your Son”, “that Your Son may glorify You”. He then proceeds to pray as He outlined, not for the world, but for those “OUR” Father has given to “BE” His own. “Then also those which shall believe through their word.”

Matthew tells us in the Sermon on the Mount about giving and praying in secret for an open reward. This PRAY-ers closet, behind closed doors and closed eyelids when “OUR” Father knows what you desire; teaches us to pray in a manner described once again.

You, go and pray likewise as an open book To Pray for those named as “OUR” Father’s possessions, which may include entire Nations.

Jesus said, His house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations. He has given us these nations as an inheritance. We are Ambassadors! What can we say on His behalf of those in the hour we come before the King?

He asked His disciples, “What could you not watch with me one hour?”

Is it time to Pray? If not now, then when? Watch and pray that we enter not into tribulation; not just temptations to do evil, but to seek a way of escape from the evil one.

“Whisper a prayer in the morning. Whisper a prayer at noon. Whisper a prayer in the evening, It will keep you heart on tune!”
